How It Works:
SCHEDULING: Your exterior window cleaning service will be auto-scheduled for every 1, 3, or 6 months depending on your plan. You can expect a text reminder 2 weeks and 2 days before each service. If that day or time does not work for you, you can just respond the text and we will be happy to find a time that better fits your schedule. However, you are not required to be home for exterior-only cleans.
Interior windows and other services could always be added on per your request.
CANCELATIONS: We have no cancelation fees. All we ask is that you reimburse us the discount given on your initial service. Our aim is simply to provide convenience and better value to our customers, not to threaten with binding commitments and hidden fees.
BILLING: We automatically bill on the first day of each month you are scheduled to have a service. If you’d like to skip a service, that charge will be added to your account as a credit to be used on an add-on service on future visits.
